- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
- We ship across India through trusted courier partners.
- Standard delivery takes 3–10 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.
- Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, festivals, or other events beyond our control.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on prepaid orders.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, shipping charges may apply (displayed at checkout).
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/WhatsApp/SMS.
- You can use this tracking ID to monitor your shipment’s progress.
5. Undeliverable Orders
- If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, reshipping charges may apply.
6. International Shipping
- Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping will be announced soon.
7. Delays Due to Unforeseen Events
- We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control such as natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, transport disruptions, or extreme weather.
