Easy Returns within 7 Days
At The Swastik Store, we value your satisfaction and believe in honesty and transparency. We gladly accept returns because it gives us an opportunity to improve our products and services based on your feedback. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we strive to ensure that you are completely happy with your purchase. We want to avoid any hint of dissatisfaction among our customers, so we encourage you to request a refund or exchange if needed.
Your feedback helps us understand your needs better and enables us to provide you with the best products and services possible.
Returning a The Swastik Store garment is as simple as placing an order. You can initiate a return by emailing us at support@theswastikstore.in to communicate your concerns.
We will schedule a convenient time for our shipping partner to pick up the original The Swastik Store garment.
Self-Ship Return Policy
In certain locations where reverse pickup is not available, customers will need to self-ship the return parcel to our address.
✅ Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund.
📝 Please keep the courier receipt handy, as we may ask for it to validate the shipping cost.
To maintain strict hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns for certain product categories, including but not limited to boxers and perfumes. These items are non-returnable due to hygiene and personal care reasons. However, we will gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you discover a manufacturing defect with a product purchased from our store, please send an email to support@theswastikstore.in from the email address used for placing the order.
Eligibility
- Unused with tags & Unwashed and Unaltered
- Once we receive the return shipment at our warehouse, the refund will be initiated within 2–3 days.
- Online Payment – Your refund will be credited to the same account within 5–7 days once the parcel returns to our warehouse.
- Cash on Delivery – You need to provide your bank details via email. We will refund your amount via UPI or IMPS in 15 days after we receive the parcel.
- Store Credit Option – You may also choose to receive your refund as store credit, which can be used for future purchases from The Swastik Store.
- In cases where courier pickup is not available in your area, we kindly request you to ship the return parcel yourself.
Note: If you return an incorrect product through reverse pickup, you may not be eligible for a refund or exchange under any circumstances. Proof of reverse packing (video recording when the delivery person packs the product) is required.
IMPORTANT:
- The items must be unused, tags intact, and unaltered.
- Please record an unboxing video when receiving your product. Without this video, claims of receiving the wrong product in a sealed package will not be eligible for return or exchange.
- Custom Shirts – As these are made to your specifications, we cannot offer returns or exchanges.
- We offer one-time complimentary size exchange, product exchange, or refund for any order. Subsequent exchanges will incur a return and pickup charge of ₹120 (payable via UPI or bank transfer)
- If you exchange a shirt and then later request a return, it will not be applicable for return/refund.
- No free reverse pickup is provided for products valued under ₹1000; in such cases, please self-ship.
Important Notice
- All calls are recorded for reference. If any abusive language or misbehavior is detected, the product will be considered non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances, and your calls may be blocked.
Cancellations
We cannot cancel orders once they are shipped. If so, the order can only be cancelled after the customer receives it. For all accepted cancellations, refunds will be processed once the return is completed.
Damages
Please inform our customer care team if any articles are delivered without tags. Do not accept a delivery if the packaging is unsealed or damaged.
We feel sad if we cannot serve you properly. Please share your feedback on live chat if there’s something specific that led to your return—we will work to improve.
We offer a full refund in case of returns.
Some customers share constructive feedback, others simply say it’s not good enough. We listen to the honest ones because they help us improve.
One thing we’ve learned – ASK. If a customer wants to return, that’s okay, but we ask why—not to change your mind, but to learn and get better every day.
